Amish RV travelers unite!
The RV is perfect for those who want to have their own place out in nature and bring their things with them. The RV usually has room for any goods bought at the Amish community and tools in the kitchen to cook with any vegetables bought in the Amish community. The list below shows the places I have personally been to and took the photos of to give you an idea of how it looked when I arrived. My opinions are my own and none of the places on my list pay me for adding them to my site here so feel free to click on the links I have placed to book the sit or to call their owners to book the place you want. Brier Hill Campground
I believe the best campground in the Ethridge are is owned by my friend Steve Grigsby or Brier Hill Farms. He has 8 lots with 30/50amp power with water on top of a large hill. These 8 spots are all tree lined with large oaks for shade in the summer, and a wind break during winter. There is a line of pines in the front giving you some privacy from the road that is far enough away and less travelled so the noise isn't a problem. There is a small creek at the bottom of the hill that keeps it cooler than other campgrounds. Brier Hill Road and Henryville Road has Amish on them so you will hear the clopping sounds of hooves on the road many people like.
You get a lot here as free WiFi with starlink available and pet friendly. The lodge is rented by the month but the bottom section is for the whole place to use for showers, a bathroom, and laundry! The lodge is also made of block so it will also act as a storm shelter when weather may be an issue. There are two entrances and plenty of room to back up and level out. The lots can also fit your car and any trailer you may have with you which makes this place perfect for those getting large amounts of furniture, produce, or lumber from the Amish! We believe this combination makes it the best place to rent an RV campground in the Ethridge area.
